Support Created FTP Credentials
As part of the 22.10.1 TD Sprint, any AP1 user is now able to create FTP details directly from the import screens for both Listings and Leads
Provisioning
Step 1: Create the Import Record
System Admin > Imports & Exports > Listing or Lead Imports > '+'
Create the import record as if the credentials already existed, you will need to select the
- Client
- Portal
Click Save
Step 2: Create the FTP Credentials
Once the record is saved then the FTP Details section appears on the screen. There is now a 'Create User' Option available
- Select Secure FTP for the SFTP Option or leave it unchecked for the FTP server
- Enter the User Name - This will be the AutoPlay Account ID for Listings, and the AutoPlay Account ID +L for Leads
example:
Listings User Name: 1234
Leads User Name: 1234L
Click Save
Click Create User
There will be a prompt to confirm if you would like to create the FTP User
The password FTP User is then created and the password generated to the screen
