Standard Text
Standard Text can be managed via 'Settings>Email Settings>Standard Text'. The Standard Text screen is visible to all users in the dealer account and is dictated by the Manage Leads, Manage Emails, Email Campaign or Company Admin roles.
  1. If the user is not a manager they will see only their own Standard Text 
  2. If the user is a manager they will see the Standard Text for every user they manage
The Standard Text screen can be searched using the keyword search (Title & ID).  
To open an existing Standard Text record you can click on each record and modify as required.
You can download a list of all the Standard Text records by clicking on the 'Download' icon in the grey action menu.
To create a new Standard Text record you can click on the + button in the grey action menu.



When creating a Standard Text record you must complete the 'Name' and 'Text' fields as a minimum. 
You can also select the 'Type' of Standard Text you want to set up. The 'Type' field controls the fields your Standard Text is available on. For standard email templates the 'Email Response Text' is relevent only as this populates the 'Message' field. Other email templates will include modules where you can add Closing, Conditions and other text.



You can select which users will see the Standard Text record by clicking on the green 'EDIT' button in the 'User' section. You can 'Select All' to make the Standard Text visible to all users, or tick individual users instead. The User list you can see is controlled by the users you share the 'Manage Leads' role.

You can also set up Standard Text to be visible in selected yards only by clicking on 'EDIT' in the 'Yards' section. Like 'Users', you can set up your Text to be usable on leads from one, multiple or all Yards.



Clicking on the 'MORE' icon in the grey action menu will allow you to;
  1. Delete - Delete the Standard Response record
  2. Audit - If you have the Audit Role you can view a record of all the changes to the Standard Response record via the 'Audit' button
SMS Standard Text
It is also possible to set up SMS Standard Text as well. Setting up SMS Standard Text is exactly the same as setting up other types of Standard Text, except you select the type 'SMS Standard Text'
