After the 21.9.1 September Release dealerships that have the SMS Gateway service enabled on their accounts now automatically have the ability for a Sales Person to send an SMS to the Customer from within the Appraisal Form so that they may upload their own images to an Appraisal.

Once the SMS has been sent, a Customer will be presented with a link in the SMS to a web page with Image Uploading controls

Once the Customer has submit these images, the link will no longer be valid, but a Sales Person is able to send another SMS Link
