When setting a Lead to Close Lost, there is an option to schedule a follow up event.
Populate 'Reason' and date for follow up and click OK. The lead will close and you are returned to the Lead Dashboard.
As with Post Sale Follow Up the Lead is closed so the dealer will have to be specifically searching the Closed leads to see that the Lead needs action.
