Role Management - Write Up
There are several roles that control Write Ups within AutoPlay
1. Write Up Role
This role turns on the Write Up form for the entire dealership/account.
2. Multiple Listings/Write Up
The Multiple Listings/Write Up role is a dealership/account wide role that enables users to choose multiple listings to add to their write up. Note this only allows the user to choose from the listings already added to the lead. The default for this role is ON.
3. Vehicle Write Up - Easy Auto 123
Enables the custom EasyAuto123 vehicle write up screens and functionality.
Dealership level.
Role "Use Write-Up Form xxx' must also be granted to Company or User
