Dealer level role. Enables the following:

1. Privacy Disclaimer section on Company Details screen.

2. Privacy Disclaimer section on Yard Details screen.

3. Privacy Disclaimer Email Type on Standard Response screen.

4. When a new lead is created (manually or via import) the lead's customer will be sent the corresponding PD email (as defined in Standard Response screen). If an SMS is to be sent, then the SMS will be scheduled for delivery according to the time range specified on the yard / dealer screens. See SPW-1926 for more information.
