Role Management - Possible Duplicate Lead Alert
Hand in hand with the new function to highlight 'View Similar Leads' and merge them is the existing Possible Duplicate Lead Warning. Previously this was available only as an email notification and only triggered on manually loaded leads. As of 20.10.1 it now will trigger on manual and electronically captured leads, and is available to be set up as an Email, SMS or In App Notification.
The Possible Duplicate Lead notification is controlled by the 'Possible Duplicate Lead Warning Role'. If you already have this role it will be defaulted to email only - contact your Account Manager or
support@autoplay.co.nz to change to SMS or in app notification.
This role when enabled will automate an email to the users nominated in the role provided they have Notifications enabled for SMS, Email or Notifications.
If a user in the role creates a new lead for a customer that already has an open lead, an email, notification, SMS will be sent to any users marked as Manager who have the appropriate notifications flag checked. The role can be set up as a Yard based role.
