Role Management - Customer Profile Role

The 'Customer Profile' Role is a company/account wide role that controls the appearance of the Customer Profile screen when viewing a Contact Record.  There are no restrictions on Yard or User with this role, and there are no notifications associated with this role.  
  1. If the role EXISTS - the Customer Profile button is visible to all users
  2. If the role does NOT EXIST - the Customer Profile button is not visible to all users
You can find out more about the Customer Profile functionality HERE.  The Customer Profile has a default set of profile options, but can be edited via the  Customer Profile Groups and  Customer Profile Items screens under Settings>Sales Pipeline Settings.
