Redbook Advanced Look Up - Australian Dealers Only

To complement the existing Redbook look up available in AutoPlay, there is also a Redbook Advanced Australia that will also now retrieve some market value data. his is not available by default - please contact support@autoplay.com.au to request access.  The functionality is controlled by a role called 'Redbook Advanced'.  The role works at the YARD level with the yard determined by whatever yard the lead is on.  The role also works at USER level.  The Redbook Advanced button is always visible unless disabled by either marking the API record as inactive.

This look up is priced at $2.15 AUD per request. 

Provisioning

There is a two part set up to enable Redbook Advanced

Role Management

Create a new role and select Redbook Advanced Australia , this role has several configurable options

  1. Yards - Controls which yards this will be available for
  2. Users - Controls which users have access to this look up
  3. Role Attribute: Create Standalone Vehicle Lookup - This role attribute will allow for the look up to be done outside of the appraisal form.
API Record

Create a new API record and select Redbook Advanced Australia

  1. Yards - this can also refine which yards are active on the look up
  2. Active - Marking this record as active allows the look up to run
Note - If you would like for the Redbook Advanced logo to not show up on an appraisal form (these display by default with a message to contact AutoPlay to use the service), then set up an API record and have this marked as Not Active
