Overdue Lead Report
The Overdue Leads report provides a breakdown of your open leads by the next calendar event date. This breaks your leads into 4 categories - Stalled leads (+21 days overdue from last calendar event), Overdue 3 – 21 Days, Now +/- 3 days & Future +3 days. This makes it easy for managers and salespeople alike to ensure they are keeping on top of leads and not letting them slide without following up. Additionally this report provides an outline of any calendar events that are overdue.
