How To Manage On Road Costs

On Road Costs can be set at the Company, Yard or Listing level.

1.  My Company
In the 'Listings' section on the 'My Company' screen there is a drop down for 'On Road Costs Included'.  What you choose here will determine whether your listings include ORC, or are listed as + ORC. 
  1. Manually Selected - Listings will not automatically be specified as ORC but instead each individual listing can be specified as 'Includes ORC' or not.
  2. All Vehicles - Every single listing will automatically be considered 'Includes ORC'.  When this option is set you will not see a check box on each individual listing.
  3. Used Only - Every listing that is not ticked as 'New' or 'Demo' (aka Used listings) will be considered to include ORC.
  4. By Yard - Each Yard will have their own specific rules for ORC that will supersede the Company level rules.



2.  My Yards
In the 'My Yards' screens you can set the ORC via the 'On Road Costs Included' drop down.  This works exactly the same as as Company level, but anything set at Yard level will supersede the Company setting.




3.  Per Listing
If the 'Manually Selected' option is selected at either Company or Yard level a 'Includes ORC' check box appears within the 'Pricing' section on each listing.  When managing listings this must be ticked to specify if that listing includes ORC or not.
