OEM and Dealership Group Loan Car Visibility

OEM and Dealership Group Loan Car Visibility

With the 21.7.1 Release we have now enabled for a Dealer Group or OEM to maintain a Virtual Loan Car Pool, similar to the existing Brochureware set up where their network has access to the vehicles and can sign them out on loan.

This is to accommodate for demonstrators or Loan Vehicles owned by the OEM or Group that will be moved between Dealerships and not be signed out from the actual Parent Account.

OEM Loan Car
Terms and Conditions will need to be set up in each of the Dealership Network accounts for the Loan Car Yard, and the Parent account will have visibility of who has the car signed out.

This functionality is Role based and can be turned on by contacting AutoPlay Support or your Customer Experiance Manager
