Next Action Filtering

Overview

We have implemented a new way to filter and search the lead dashboard focusing down on the lead event actions. Some of the terminology here will need to be understood as the terms "overdue" and "upcoming" have been reused in a different way to how these would be displayed if filtering for a date range. 


Workflow

There is now a new dashboard filter for Next Event



The options for this are
  1. Any Next Action - this displays all leads
  2. No Next Action - Only shows leads that currently do not have a next action assigned to them (they can have previous completed actions)
  3. Upcoming - This shows events that have a time set in the future 
  4. Overdue - This shows events that have not been completed and their scheduled date and time has passed

NOTE:
Please be aware that the terminology for this menu item for next actions is different to how the data range filters of the same name function
