Nested Label Groups

Nested Label Groups

Overview

Labels for Listings, Leads, and Contacts can now be grouped to create customised workflow management processes. Groups can also be set as mutually exclusive, ensuring only one label in the group can be selected at a time for clearer tracking and organisation.

Provisioning

To have this function work, the appropriate labels must be created (They can only be of the same label type), and the labels marked as active

There is now a new settings option "Label Groups"

Settings > Sales Pipeline Settings > Label Groups

Within this screen you are able to create a new record

  1. Select Group to Make available to
  2. Select Label Type (Listing, Lead or Contact)
  3. Label Group Name (appears in menus)
  4. Active/Inactive
  5. Mutually Exclusive (if this is checked then only one value from the group is able to be selected at a time)
  6. Add available labels to the group
  7. Order labels for the workflow. Saving the record will move these into order

Once the group has been created, the workflow will be available for selection on the record type, and also within the dashboard searches
