My Company - Re-apply Defaults

There are default settings for a Company which include;
  1. Roles
  2. Contact Groups 
  3. Privacy Channels
  4. Reconditioning Items
These are re-applied by Autoplay staff only.  Navigate to the My Company screen from the settings section.  From the More menu select the 'Re-apply Default' option you require.



Re-applying Roles will add the following roles to an Account;
  1. Multiple Listings / Lead
  2. Multiple Listings / Write Up
  3. OCR Business Card
  4. OCR Driver Licence
  5. Vehicle Appraisal
  6. Vehicle Wishlist and Email
  7. Write Up

Re-applying Contact Groups will add the following groups to an Account;
  1. Customers
  2. Live Leads
  3. No Contact

Re-applying Privacy Channels will add the following channels to an Account;
  1. After Sales
  2. Marketing and Promotions
  3. Vehicle Sales

Re-applying Re-conditioning Items will add the following re-conditioning items to an Account;

1. Panel & Paint
  1. Small Scratch $100
  2. Small Dent $500
  3. Rust $500
  4. Large Panel Damage $1,000
2. Windscreen
  1. Small Scratch $100
  2. Small Crack $200
  3. Large Crack $500
  4. Full Windscreen Replacement $2,000
3. Interior
  1. Ripped Upholstery $500
  2. New Floor Mats $100
4. Tyres
  1. Replacement Tyre $200
  2. Repair Alloy $500
  3. New Alloy $1,000
5. Mechanical 
  1. Electrical $300
  2. Sparkplugs $250
6. Grooming 
  1. Professional Clean $400
