Matching Appraisals

Matching Appraisals

When creating a Vehicle Appraisal when either the Vehicle Details are retrieved, or on save of the Appraisal, a check is made on your existing appraisals to check if a record already exists for this car.  If your Dealership is part of a Group then this check will be made across all Dealerships in the Group.  Please contact Autoplay Support for more information.

If a match is found a 'Matching Appraisals' alert will display in the Vehicle section of the Appraisal.

You can drill into the Alert to review the details of the matching appraisals

If you have the correct Role Management you will have the ability to drill into the Lead, otherwise only the Lead Summary will display.
