Managing Appraisals Via The Vehicle Appraisal Dashboard

Managing Appraisals Via The Vehicle Appraisal Dashboard

The 'Vehicle Appraisals' screen is accessible via Sales Pipeline>Vehicle Appraisals.  Within the 'Vehicle Appraisals' screen a user who is not a manager will see only Appraisals on their own leads.

If the user is a Manager in the VAMA or Manage Leads roles the user will see any Appraisal Forms created by users who they are managers for.  The listing displayed will be the vehicle appraised rather than the listing on the lead.

You can search for your Appraisal using the keyword search which searches the following fields;
  1. User name
  2. Customer first, last and company name, suburb, city
  3. Lead ID
  4. Customer ID
  5. Appraisal ID
  6. Appraisal Year
  7. Appraisal Make
  8. Appraisal Model
  9. Appraisal Variant
  10. Appraisal Rego
You can also use any of the built in filters to search your Appraisals.  The 'Vehicle Appraisals' screen defaults to Open Leads that are yet to be Approved or Traded that were created this month.
  1. Lead Status (Open, Closed Won, Closed Lost, All - multi-select drop down)
  2. Approval Status (Pending, Approved, All)
  3. Traded Status (Any Traded Status, Not Traded In, Traded In)
  4. Date Range (This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year, All)
  5. Salesperson (Salesperson 1, Salesperson 2 etc, All Salespeople, multi-select drop down)
  6. Yard (This applies to Appraisals that are created on a Lead.  As the Lead as a Yard, the option to filter by the Lead's yard is also available on the Appraisal dashboard).
To clear your filters you can click on the 'Filter icon' next to the Filters.  You can also hide the filter list by clicking on the 'Collapse Filters' option located next to the keyword search.

When setting your Filters, these settings will be retained on your browser and PC, they are not specific to your login so if you change device, browser or PC, then the default settings will apply.

In the Sales Pipeline Preferences of the My Details screen is an option to set the user dropdown to 'Default appraisals filter to me'.  Previously the 'Default Leads filter to me' controlled both the Lead and Appraisal dashboard, but these can now be controlled separately.
