In addition to the Live Leads Reporting Logs within AutoPlayAuto.com you can also access a 'Live Leads Effectiveness Report' via reporting.autoplay.co.nz.  The 'Live Leads Effectiveness Report' shows across all the Live Leads campaigns sent during the reporting period.

The report shows the number of recipients who were sent a Live Leads eDM as a 'Grouped Contact' vs those sent Live Leads eDM's as a custom audience built from 'Leads'. 


The report shows the conversion rates on what happened as a result of sending a Live Leads eDM.
  1. New Lead - What was the conversion % of Live Leads recipients to new leads 
  2. Update Open Lead - What was the conversion % of Live Leads recipients to updating an open lead
  3. Follow Up Completed - What was the conversion % of Live Leads recipients to completing Follow Up calendar events
  4. Test Drive - What was the conversion % of Live Leads recipients to completing a Test Drive
  5. Sold/Closed Won - What was the conversion % of Live Leads recipients to converting the lead to a sale
  6. Closed Lost - What % of Live Leads recipients resulted in a lead being Closed Lost
