Live Leads And Email Campaign Reporting

1.  To access the Live Leads and Email Campaign reporting, open the Email Campaign, expand the Results section and select View Results
2.  From the Grey Action menu select the three dot more menu and expand the Reports Options



3. On selection of each report, it will download to an Excel file in a seperate browser window.   The following provides an outline of what each report contains.

Contact Log Report

  1. This will provide an overview of each recipient, showing whether the email has been delivered, opened and viewed.  Fields include;
  1. Email Address
  2. Contact Name
  3. Contact Ref
  4. Phone
  5. Source Type
  6. Source ID
  7. Status
  8. Updated 
  9. Delivered - where value in this field is 0 indicates the email has not been delivered
  10. Opened - this will show whether the email has been opened
  11. Viewed - this will show whether the email has been viewed.

Listing Log

  1. This will provide the number of times each listing has been viewed, giving you the ability to recognise what vehicle has been viewed the most. Fields include;
    1. Stock Number
    2. Year
    3. Make 
    4. Model
    5. Price 
    6. Virtual Demos

Video Log

  1. This will allow you to see the listings and the number of times that each email recipient has viewed the Virtual Demo video. Fields include;

  1. Email Address
  2. Contact Name
  3. Contact Ref
  4. Phone
  5. Stock No
  6. Vehicle
  7. Virtual Demos

Opt Out

  1. Provides visibility of those users that have Opted Out following your campaign. 

  1. Email Address
  2. Contact Name
  3. Contact Ref
  4. Phone
  5. Source Type
  6. Source ID
  7. Status
  8. Updated
  9. Delivered
  10. Opened
  11. Viewed

Undeliverable

  1. Provides visibility of those recipients were the email was undeliverable.
