Listing Labels

New in the 22.11.1 Release is a concept of Listing Labels. Similar in nature to the existing Lead Labels function, it allows the dealership to tag their listings with extra information.

Provisioning and Roles

Listing Label Role
This is an account wide setting that will allow the Listing Labels to be visible to all users within the account. 

Any Users that are marked as a 'Manager' in this role will have access to the Listing Label Admin screen

Listing Label Admin Screen
To have access to create and edit Listing Labels the user must be marked as a Manager in the Listing Label role. The Admin screen can be found 

Settings > Listing Settings > Listing Label Types

From within this screen use the  + button to add an addition Listing Label, or select an existing one to edit it.



In this screen you will be prompted to select;
Group - Used for selecting a Dealer Group if the user is working from within a Parent Reporting Account. Dealerships can select the Any Group option
Label - This is the text that will appear on the label
Colour - The colour can be used to colour the bubble of the Label on the listing
VMS ID - Able to store a Third Party ID in this field if required
Order - Order in which they appear during selection process
Active - When checked this Label will be visible on Listings. When Unchecking a Label the user will be prompted if they would like to remove the label from existing Listings or keep it attached and Inactive

Listing Details

There is now a new section added to the listing details screen above the images accordion section "Labels"



To add or remove labels to a listing manually, the user will need to be marked as a Manager in the Listings Role. By clicking the labels icon, a list of available Listing Labels will be displayed to add or remove



Automated Listing Labels Application
If the dealership uses an automated import from their DMS or Vehicle Aggregator, If AutoPlay is able to identify specific fields within that file then Listing Labels can be added to the Import routine for that client.

Lead Details

Listings Labels will be visible from within a Lead in several places. There will be a Label icon matching the colour of the Listing Label added to the Primary listing card within the Lead Detail screen



They will also be visible when the listing card is clicked and the extended information is displayed




Listing Dashboard

There is a new filter added to the Listing Dashboard to allow vehicles to be searched easily



Listings will also show that they have a label attached Listing Dashboard with a Label icon underneath the stock  number
