Lead Summary & Conversion Report
This report shows the breakdown of leads by TYPE of contact (PHONE, EMAIL, WALK-IN) as well as CONVERSION to TEST DRIVE and SALE. You can run this report by dealership or SalesPerson and view the results in a conversion funnel and pie graph.
Leads, Test Drives and Sales are reported against the Make/Model that is the primary listing on the lead.
