New to AutoPlay in the 22.4.1 April Release is the addition of a new Lead Labels function that will allow the provisioning and attribution of Custom Label Tags to be added to leads. These Labels can help paint the Customer Journey more thoroughly in AutoPlay by highlighting specific features of where the lead was generated from or manually after the lead has been created so that the Sales People and end data users (Via the AutoPlay Lead API) have a broader vision of the Customer.
The provisioning of Labels can be done at both a Dealership and a Dealer Group level.
