Included in the 21.8.1 Release is a new function for Lead Collaborators to be able to add a Reminder Event to a lead that is allocated to another user. For this to be available you will need to contact the AutoPlay Support team to enable the functionality.

Lead Reminders work and behave in the same fashion as Calendar Events, but are only visible if the user is a Lead Collaborator.

The workflow behind this will allow a Collaborator to have a Reminder or Event scheduled on a lead that is currently not allocated
