Lead Allocation Standard Text
Overview
When reallocating a lead from one user to another with the SMS notification option enabled, you can now choose from a standard text template. This ensures messages are clear, consistent, and accurate. To support this feature, a new standard text type has been created specifically for lead allocation notifications.
Provisioning
A new Standard Text template type has now been created "Lead Allocation"
- Type = Lead Allocation
- Standard Text Name
- Standard Text Content
- Oder to Appear
- Setting Active/Inactive
- Yards that this will be available to
- Users that will be able to use this Standard Text
Once a Standard text has been set up, this will now be available for selection in the Standard Text selection when allocating a lead to another user
