Using Quick Actions on the Lead Form


In December 2019 the Lead screen was modified to include three new icon's on the top right hand side of the screen.  



  1. Email icon - shows the number of emails sent to the customer in a red circle. On click of the icon it will bring up a 'New Email Response'
  2. Phone icon - shows the number of phone calls made to the customer.  On click of the icon it will call display the number(s) held in the Customer record for you to select the number you wish. 

  1. Speech bubble icon - shows the number of SMS messages sent to the customer.  On click of the icon two options display:
    1. New SMS Message
    2. New SMS Email
