How To View Your Calendar Events

How To View Your Calendar Events

To view your Calendar Events you can open the 'Next Action(s)' and 'Previous Events' on your Lead.  If you have multiple Calendar Events you can click on the green 'SHOW MORE' button to view all the events in each section.  You can hide these again by clicking on 'SHOW LESS'.  Both the  'Next Action(s)' and 'Previous Events' sections show the most recent events first, followed by older event records.

You can also view your Calendar Events from the 'View Calendar' button in the grey action menu.  When viewed from an individual Lead the calendar only shows events on this lead.  When the calendar is viewed from the Dashboard it will show Calendar Events on all leads you have rights to view.

Click on a day to view all the Calendar Events scheduled for that day.

You can view all of the changes on your Calendar Events via the 'Audit' function.

If you have created your Calendar Event in error you can delete it via the 'Delete' button.
