How To Generate Reports Via The Dashboard

How To Generate Reports Via The Dashboard

In the Dashboard you can access a number of reports via the 'Reporting' option in the grey action menu.

There are many reports available here but the options visible to you depend on the set up of your AutoPlay account.  Not all reports listed below may be relevent to your dealership.  To run a report select;
  1. Report - choose the type of report you want to generate
  2. Yard - choose the yards you want to include in your report.  The yards in this list are determined by your Manage Leads role set up
  3. User - choose the users you want to include in your report.  The users in this list are determined by your Manage Leads role set up
  4. Date - choose the dates you want to run your report for.  You can select 'Custom' to enter a specific date range, or choose from one of the preset date ranges
  5. Title - the report title will default to the name of the report you have selected, but you can change this to whatever suits
  6. Apply Roles - this option is only available to AutoPlay users and allows us to simulate what a dealership user would see in the report
Once you are happy with your report click 'OK' to run it.

Many of these reports can be run by PDF or Excel, and they will open in a separate browser window.  This is only a preview window - to download to work with your report in Excel you can click on the 'Download' icon at the top of the screen.  Please note many of these reports are large data sets that require heavy queries and may take some time to process.  We recommend keeping your date ranges shorter to ensure the report is returned quickly.
