Email Modules allow dealerships to quickly and easily create professional email quotes via the built in Email Response Tool. You can add pre-built email 'Modules' that streamline the process of adding quotes or listing vehicle features in an email. Click

1. To create a new email quote, create an email as per normal and select a Email Template that includes your pre-built Modules. Depending on the modules added to your template you'll notice a number of new fields appear. In the example below the user can now see a field for 'Conditions Message' and 'Closing Message' - each with their own pre-set Standard Text options available by clicking on the 'STANDARD TEXT' button. This works exactly the same as Standard Text on the 'Message' field but will only display the Standard Text records set up as that particular type - i.e. 'Conditions' or 'Closing'
2. Depending on the Modules you have set up there may be different options visible in the 'Modules' section. Some of the commonly used Modules are;
- ADD FEATURES - Will pull through to your email the first 12 Features loaded against the selected Listing
- ADD ACCESSORIES - Will display the 'Accessories' section - allowing users to itemise accessories and add them to their email quote.
- ADD TRADE IN - Will display the 'Trade In' section and add this to the email quote.
- ADD FINANCE - Will display the Finance section to the email quote
- ADD FINANCE QUOTE - Will display the 'Finance Quote' section and append this to the quote.
- ON ROAD COST - Will display ORC in the itemised quote
3. If required, you can also add a discount – labelled as CONCESSION. The word ‘Concession’ will only appear on the email quote if you enter a value. You do not have to enter both CONCESSION % and CONCESSION $ - just type in the % and the $ figure will be automatically calculated.
4. If the Accessories Module is ticked you can add these via the 'Accessories' section. To add ACCESSORIES click on the 'ADD' button, enter a DESCRIPTION and a COST $ You can enter as many accessories as you wish.
5. The 'Discount $' is populated with whatever is typed into the Concession field. The 'Sales Price $' will be based on the Discounts and Sales Price.
6. If the 'Add Trade In' module is ticked a description and basic valuation can be added. If the customer has a potential Trade In that requires 'Reconditioning' this can be added by clicking on the 'ADD' button
7. ORC Cost can be added and it sums up with the rest of the calculation. GST will automatically be calculated on the Sub Total for the quote. Once you’ve finished entering all the price details you can click on PREVIEW EMAIL to take another look at your email. You will see that under the message, vehicle image and features a price quote has been built with the Accessories, Trade In and Concession figures you entered.
8. When you are happy with the quote you have built you can send the email using the button located on the right hand side menu. You will see that with just a few click you've compiled a professional looking quote for your email.
