How To Use The Listing Activity Screen

How To Use The Listing Activity Screen

If you are a Sales Pipeline user you can view a summary of all past activity on your Listings via the 'Listing Activity' screen.

The Listing Activity screen can be accessed from the View/Edit Listing screen and from the Lead Dashboard via the action menu.

If you have navigated to the 'Listing Activity' screen from 'View/Edit Listing' then you will not need to reselect the vehicle.  If you have navigated from the 'Dashboard' you will need to use the Search Vehicle popup to specify a vehicle you wish to see activity on.  You can search for a listing via;

a. AutoPlay ID
b. Stock Number
c. Year
d. Make
e. Model
f. Variant
g. Colour
h. Rego
i. Price
j. Special Price

The 'Listing Activity' screen will give you a summary of the vehicle, the number of days in stock and the number of leads loaded against this vehicle in it's lifetime.  You can also view the details of all the activity that has occurred against this listing incl;
  1. Leads created
  2. Test Drive Forms created
  3. Loan Vehicle Forms created

Each section in the 'Listing Activity' screen will display 3 records by default.  If the listing has more than 3 records of a single type (i.e. Leads, Test Drives or Loan Car Forms), there will be a 'MORE' button to see the full list.

If you have the right role management to view the records you are able to click on the record to open it up.  If you do not have role management rights to view the Lead/Test Drive/Loan Car record you will see a brief summary instead.

This function can be very useful when lowering a price, or when a similar vehicle comes into stock.  By viewing all of the leads loaded against the listing you are easily able to identify who to target about any price change or similar vehicle that comes into stock.  This process can be automated via In Market Leads.
