How To Update Lead Interest

How To Update Lead Interest

AutoPlayAuto.com allows sales people to qualify their leads 'Interest' - choosing from 'Not Set', 'Cold', 'Warm' and 'Hot'.  The 'Interest' is shown as a coloured icon in the 'Progress' column on your Dashboard.  You can filter your leads by Interest using the 'Interest' filter.
  1. Grey = Not Set
  2. Blue = Cold
  3. Orange = Warm
  4. Red = Hot

The 'Interest' drop down is located within the Lead Details section when viewing a lead.

When a lead Progress is changed to 'Test Drive' or a Test Drive Form is completed the Interest on the lead is automatically changed to 'Warm' unless already qualified as 'Hot'.  If I do not touch a lead for 30 days and that lead has either an Overdue calendar event or no incomplete calendar event the Interest will be automatically downgraded to Cold.
