If you forget your password for AutoPlayAuto.com you can reset it from the login page.
Navigate to https://www.autoplayauto.com/ and enter your email address. To reset the password click on the 'RESET PASSWORD' option as circled below.
You will see a dialogue box prompting you to confirm that you want to reset your password. This will email whatever email address you entered into the 'Email Address' field. Click 'SEND EMAIL' to proceed.
You will be email a password reset email. It will provide you with links to rest your password. If you have used the email address in multiple accounts you will see multiple links to reset each password as shown below.
Clicking on the 'Reset Password' link will navigate you to a web page to Reset your password. The password must be at least 8 characters, with one Upper Case, one Lower Case and one numeric character, There is a count showing the number of characters entered on the right hand side of the password field.
Your password strength will be shown via the gauge under the password field. When your password meets the required standards, enter it again in the 'Confirm Password' field and the 'SAVE' button will activate.
Click 'SAVE' and you will see the success message below. Click on 'Login' to navigate back to the login page and start managing your leads in AutoPlayAuto.com.
Every account must be linked to a email address. In AutoPlayAuto.com anyone with the 'User Admin' role can create a new User. Click HEREto find out how to create a new user.
It is also possible if you are a manager in the User Admin role to prompt the password reset email from within AutoPlayAuto.com. To do so, find the User and open their details. Click on the 'Reset Password' link from the grey action menu. This will prompt a reset email to be sent to the email address set up for the user. For security purposes you cannot email a password reset email for another users account, to your own email address.
