AutoPlayAuto.com has some basic functionality to record if your customer was sent a Finance or Lease Quote.  In the 'Lead Details' section there are fields for Finance Quote Date and Lease Quote Date.

Once you have selected a date in the Finance Quote Date & Lease Quote Date fields you can easily filter to leads where these quotes have been added using the 'Quotes' filter on the Dashboard.
