How To Record A No Show On Calendar Events

How To Record A No Show On Calendar Events

If you are unable to make contact with a Customer, or complete your scheduled Calendar Event, you can instead mark the scheduled calendar event as a 'No Show'.

The 'No Show' drop down allows users to record a reason why the Calendar Event was not able to be completed.  This drop down is global and not customisable by dealership.  Selecting a 'No Show Reason' will automatically stamp a date on your Calendar Event.

If you are opting to reschedule your follow up you can choose the 'Rescheduled' option.  Once you click 'SAVE' you will be asked to reschedule the event.  Click 'YES', reschedule your follow up and click on 'SAVE' to create a follow up event.

Your original Calendar Event will be moved to the 'Previous Events' section, with your new Calendar Event in the 'Next Action(s)' section.  Calendar Events that are marked as 'No Shows' will be in the 'Previous Events' section but unlike Completed Events these will not be marked with a strike-through.

Update Lead Progress Whilst Completing Calendar Events
You can now update the Lead Progress when completing events or marking as a 'No Show'.  When either of these options is selected a 'Lead Progress' dropdown will appear (it will not be visible unless 'Completed' or 'No Show' is selected.  To update the current Progress simply select the Progress item from the dropdown.
