How To Push Lead Data To Finance & Insurance Providers

AutoPlay has some level of integration with Finance and Insurance providers.  As of May 2019 this is limited to the following providers;
  1. Provident (Insurance Provider - NZ)
  2. UDC (Finance Provider - NZ)
If you are a NZ dealership when viewing a lead you will see the option 'Finance & Insurance' in the grey action menu.  These options are visible by default to all users.
  1. If your dealership has been set up with this service and your user account has been set up, when you click on the F&I option you will be able to push vehicle and lead data to Provident or UDC.  
  2. If your dealership has been set up with this service but your user account has NOT been set up, when you click on the F&I option you will see a message requesting that you ask your manager to contact AutoPlay with approval to set up access
  3. If your dealership has NOT been set up at all with this service when you click on the F&I option it will generate an email to AutoPlay to request set up
  4. If you wish to hide this option completely contact support@autoplay.co.nz to request this
