The Wishlist matching routine will run immediately on creating the Wishlist, and run every 3 hours automatically.  Whenever a new match has been detected the Lead Owner and Manager will both see a notification 'Wishlist Vehicle Match' as highlighted below.  Clicking on the notification will take you through to your Wishlist Form to review the matching Listing/Appraisal.

The Wishlist matching notifications are controlled by the 'Vehicle Wishlist & Email' role - read more HERE.  If you don't wish to receive the notification email, or the notification within AutoPlayAuto.com you can turn these of within the Vehicle Wishlist & Email role.

As with all roles you can clear this Notification via the tick button on the Notifications popup, or by actioning or deleting the Wishlist form (deleting forms can only be done by users who either own the lead, or are a manager in the 'Manage Leads' role.
