If you are a multi-franchise dealer and have a lot of Campaigns set up it can mean a long list to search through when loading leads.  In 19.4 we've now added the capability to tie Campaigns to single or multiple Makes.

AutoPlayAuto.com also now has the ability load load Sub Campaigns if you have the role 'Manage Sources and Campaigns'.  Sub Campaigns can be set up under Settings>Sales Pipeline Settings>Sub Campaigns.  When setting up Sub Campaigns you can assign a parent Campaign.

When loading a lead you will see all the Campaigns and Sub Campaigns until a listing is specified.  Once you select a listing you will ONLY see Campaigns specific to that particular Make.  Additionally you will ONLY see the Sub Campaign drop down if you select a Campaign that has had Sub Campaigns set up.

If you submit leads to AutoPlay electronically via integrations with other 3rd party systems and are interested in utilizing the Sub Campaign fields please contact AutoPlay on support@autoplay.co.nz.  If you do not set up any Sub Campaigns the Sub Campaign drop down will not display.
