TO DELETE MANUALLY LOADED LISTINGS FROM AUTOPLAYAUTO.COM (&NZMCD)
When the vehicle has been sold you can remove the listing from AutoPlay to automatically remove it from NZMCD.co.nz. Manually deleting listings only works when the listing was manually created in the first place. If the listing was imported from a DMS or similar system it must be marked as Sold/Deleted in the system where it is managed.
1. First find the listing you wish to remove via the keyword search box. Typing in the stock number or the rego is the easiest approach but there are other filters available should you need them.
2. Once you have found the listing click on it to open it up. Scroll down to the 'GENERAL' section and find the 'Status' field. Any listing that is online will be shown as 'Current'. To remove the listing from AutoPlayAuto.com change the listing to 'Deleted' and it will be automatically removed from the NZMCD website.
Any listing with the Status changed to 'Deleted' will still be retrievable in AutoPlayAuto.com if you ever want to relist (Deleted listings are held for 12 months and images are stored for 3 months). If you want to purge the listing completely you can instead click on the 3 dots on the top right of the screen, and select the 'Delete' option. Note if a listing is Deleted using this method it will NOT be able to be retrieved.
TO EXPORT LISTINGS TO NZMCD
