How To Find & Manage Previously Created Wishlist Forms

How To Find & Manage Previously Created Wishlist Forms

You can find any previously created Wishlist from the Lead Dashboard.  To search for leads that have had a Wishlist created on them you can open the Dashboard and expand your visible filters.  You can then select the 'Any Form' drop down and select 'Wishlist'.  Depending on the rest of your filters, the Form drop down will filter your leads to any that have a Wishlist Form on them (regardless of whether there is also a listing on the lead).

If you have not qualified your Lead to a listing the thumbnail on your Dashboard will display as a present icon as pictured below.

If you have created a Wishlist Form it will be visible on your lead in the 'Wishlists' section.  The number of Wishlists on your lead will be shown in brackets and some basic details listed.

Editing Previously Created Wishlist Forms
You can edit the criteria for your Wishlist by adding in additional info and clicking 'SAVE'.  This will re-run the Wishlist routine, which automatically runs every 3 hours.

If you are a manager in the Manage Leads role you can Delete your Wishlist when you no longer want it to match on Listings or Appraisals.  The Delete icon is also available to the current owner of the Lead the Wishlist Form is on.

If you have the Audit Role you can view a history of all the changes on your Wishlist Form via the 'MORE>Audit' option in the grey action menu.
