How To Create A Customer Profile

If your dealership account has the 'Customer Profile' role enabled then you will see the icon for this in the red header menu (underlined in red in the screenshot below).  This screen can be used to build up a profile of the customer within AutoPlay that provides sales people with a better understanding of the type of person the customer is.



The Customer Profile has a number of default sections that can be completed.  These items are all customiseable by AutoPlay via Customer Profile Groups and Customer Profile Items
