How To Complete A Calendar Event

Once you have followed up with your Lead you need to mark your Calendar Event as 'Complete'.  To complete your calendar event you can open the Event record, flip the 'Completed' toggle to green and click on the 'SAVE' button.

Once completed the Event will be removed from the 'Next Action' section and added to the 'Previous Events' section.  Completed Calendar Events will be marked with a strike-through.

Update Lead Progress Whilst Completing Calendar Events
You can now update the Lead Progress when completing events or marking as a 'No Show'.  When either of these options is selected a 'Lead Progress' dropdown will appear (it will not be visible unless 'Completed' or 'No Show' is selected.  To update the current Progress simply select the Progress item from the dropdown.
