When you are first loading a lead, where possible we recommend you qualify all your leads to a Listing. This can be done by clicking on the green 'SELECT LISTING' button toward the bottom of the New Lead screen.
On this screen you can search for the desired vehicle via the keyword search. This field searches Rego, Stock No, Year, Make, Model, Variant, Price and Special Price. If required you can narrow down the selection by using the Yard drop down. If there are more than 25 listings you can cycle through these via the page numbers at the top of the window.

If you have not added a listing when first creating the lead you can do so via the 'SELECT' button at the top of the view/edit lead screen. This will load the same Select Listing screen you see when loading new leads.
If your customer is interested in multiple vehicles you can add as many listings to your lead as you like. It is important to note that all reporting and DMS/CRM integration will be based on the Primary listing selected. To add additional listings click on the green 'ADD' button. Each new additional listing you select will be added in the 'Other Listings' section. If you have more than 2 'Other Listings' the additional listings will be visible by clicking on the 'SHOW MORE' button.
If you would like to promote one of your 'Other Listings' to the 'Primary Listing' you can click on the up arrow to do so. This will make the selected vehicle the new 'Primary Listing' and downgrade the previous 'Primary Listing' to the 'Other Listings' section.
If you would like to remove a listing from your lead you can click on the rubbish bin icon to do so. This will not delete the listing from stock, but will remove it from your lead. All listings that have been on the lead previously as a Primary Listing are visible under the 'Previous Listings' button located in the grey action menu.
