How Do I Set Up Dealership, Yard and Sales Person KPI's?

The Daily Activity Performance Report features targets which can be managed via Settings>Sales Pipeline Settings>KPI Targets.  To access the screen you must have the Manage KPI Targets role.  Within this screen you can set targets at several levels;
  1. Dealer KPI Targets
  2. Yard KPI Targets
  3. Salesperson KPI Targets

Dealership KPI Targets
You can add Monthly Leads, Monthly Test Drives, Monthly Sales, Monthly Appraisals, Monthly Deliveries, Monthly Traded Appraisals and Monthly Write-Up targets.  You can set either a 'Total Target' or set individual targets for each metric for 'New', 'Used' or 'Demo' vehicles.
To add a target click on the 'ADD' button and simply type in the target numbers.  
When you set up Dealer KPI Targets these will show when you run the report without filtering by Yard, Salesperson or Make/Model.



Yard KPI Targets
For every Yard in the account you can also set up KPI Targets for each Yard.  
When you set up Yard Targets these will show when you run the report by Yards.




Salesperson KPI Targets
You can also set up Salesperson KPI Targets using the same process.  Simply select the user you want to add targets for, and set up Monthly Leads, Test Drives and Sales targets.  You can set these targets for New, Demo or Used listings.
When you set up Salesperson Targets these will show when you run the report by Salesperson.
