How do I create an AutoPlay Video Email Response or SMS?

Communication now has it's own menu item (represented by the two speech bubbles).

In this menu you can send an Email or an SMS to the individual on the lead.

You can scroll down to the 'Communications' section you can see any previously created Emails or SMS records, as well as whether they were viewed. Within this section you can click on the 'Add' button to navigate to the appropriate screen.
