How Can Leads Be Added To My Sales Pipeline

There are many different ways to get leads into your AutoPlay Sales Pipeline in AutoPlayAuto.com.  Note - not all will be relevant to your dealership set up.

  1. DMS/VMS Integration - Depending on your DMS/VMS AutoPlay may have integration.  In some cases this could mean that it is possible to push leads into AutoPlay from your DMS/VMS.
  2. CRM - AutoPlay receive leads from a number of dealer and brand CRM's which are mapped into individual dealer accounts.
  3. Captured via API - it is possible to push leads to AutoPlay using our Lead API (costs apply).  
  4. Captured via Email - if you cannot use our API to push leads it's possible for AutoPlay to capture emails via a 'dealername@autoplay.co.nz' email address that we can set up for your account.  When capturing leads via email we need to create an individual mapping routine for each new email format we encounter.
  5. Manually loaded via iOS App - AutoPlay have an iOS App that is available under the App Store by searching for 'AutoPlay Automotive' (NZ, Aus, Ireland only).  
  6. Manually loaded via https://www.autoplayauto.com/ - Our new HTML5 compliant application allows users to manually load leads on all internet ready, HTML5 compliant browsers and devices (tablets and smartphones).
