How Do I Manage My Listings?

How Do I Manage My Listings?

All your listings can be managed via the Listings screen.
  1. On accessing the Listings screen, the number of listings you have access to will appear in brackets next to the Listings header. By default you will see 25 listings per page, however, this can be changed to 10 or 50.
  2. The pages can be navigated by the bottom right hand of the screen.
  3. Clearly highlighted banners under the image of the listing identify if it is on Promotion or Test Drive.
  4. If your user setting defaults to a specific yard, your listings will by default show this yard which is sorted by Created Date order.
  5. Any of the columns on the Listings page can be sorted by clicking on the title by Ascending or Descending order.
  6. In the Keyword search, you can search by Year, Make, Model, Rego No, Stock No, Price, Body Type, Transmission, Drive, Fuel Type, Features and Comments.
  7. Click on the filter icon to expand your options.
