AutoPlay Email Response Template Library

To streamline the process of setting up email templates AutoPlay has a small selection of pre-designed templates that can easily be modified to suit any dealership.  Each template comes pre-made with 3 versions to suit customer requirements;
  1. Text Only Template - a template with no images or video for dealerships that don't want to utilise these features.  
  2. Image Only Template - a template with space dedicated to a here photo - in most cases will be the first image of the listing
  3. Video Template - a template designed to feature video content - be it AutoPlay video or outside sourced video
Each of the templates has been designed with the idea that colors and branding can easily be switched out, without changing the layout or having to redesign or rebuild the template from scratch.  All templates shown here are generically branded so can easily be shared with customers.  


1. The "Modern" Template
A clean, modern email template with rounded buttons and images.  Features a large contrasting footer area and offset image or video.  Change out the colors and logo's for a unique, professional email template.

2. The "Classic" Template
An email template that contains all the basics on a clean white background.  Features a offset image or video and centered footer.  Simply swap out the large logo and the template is ready to use.

3. The "Simple" Template
A simple white template on a light grey background.  Designed to showcase how a header with a dealer logo and brands they work with can be used.  Features centered text, image and video options for those customers that prefer a minimalist look.

4. The "Franchise" Template
A white template on a grey background, the "Franchise" template allows for both brand and dealer logos in the header along with centralized text, images and video.  The signature is located in the footer to keep a clean and uncluttered look.  Simply swap out the logos and colours to suit the required branding.

5. The "Salesperson" Template
The "salesperson" template puts the salesperson sending the email front and center, using their loaded profile image, name and title right at the top of the template.  The template is white on grey and features a "Book A Test Drive" call to action as well as the ability to easily add different links to social media and similar.
