Managing Electronic Leads - Do not allow Source & Campaign modification on electronic leads

Some dealerships may not want their sales team to be able to change the Lead Source or Lead Campaign on any electronic leads (API, DMS integration or email captures).

The Company screen will have a setting under ‘Account Preferences’ has a field could be called ‘Do not allow Source & Campaign modification on electronic leads’ 



With setting ON - will not allow user to edit Lead Source & Campaign on electronically captured leads.
With setting OFF - will allow editing as per status quo.

This is a blanket setting on the account and not customisable by Lead Source/Campaign, user or yard.

With the setting enabled...
1. As a user I can not edit the source or campaign fields if the lead has been electronically captured
2. As a user I can edit the Source or Campaign fields if the lead does not have a Lead Source or Campaign.
3. As a user if the Lead Source & Campaign - allow modification on electronically captured lead role is enabled but no users added then no one can edit source/campaigns
4. As a user if the Lead Source & Campaign - allow modification on electronically captured lead role is enabled and users are added then only those users can edit Lead Source and Campaign
5. Any user can modify the Lead Source and Campaign fields on manually loaded or bulk imported leads no matter if the role is enabled or not.
