Dealership Score
The Dealership Score takes 5 KPI's of Lead Source %, Overdue + Stalled Leads, Awaiting Action Leads, Average Data Capture % and Close Reason %. Each of these is attributed a score out of 20%, which are then summed to calculate a score/100. The Dealership Score gives dealerships a quick indication of how effective their dealership is at utilising the Sales Pipeline.
