Customising Customer Profile Groups and Items
Customer Profile Groups
You can set up groupings for your Customer Profile screen via the 'Customer Profile Groups screen under 'Settings>Sales Pipeline Settings'. To access the screen you need to be a manager in the
Role Management - Lead Manager Admin or the
Role Management - Customer Profile Role
To create a new Profile Group click on the
+ in the grey action menu give your Group a 'Name', assign a 'Column' and and 'Order' and then click 'SAVE'.
Customer Profile Items
To create a new Profile Item click on the
+ in the grey action menu. You can choose from any of the Groupings set up, the 'Type' (i.e is it a text field, check box or date field). Give the field a 'Name' a display 'Order' and click 'SAVE'.
The record you create will be available in the 'Customer Profile' screen from the Address Book.
