Customer Previous Purchase History

Customer Previous Purchase History

Overview

Leveraging AutoPlay’s capabilities to enhance car sales for dealerships, having easy access to your customers' previous purchase history provides a wealth of data and opportunities. AutoPlay can work with a dealership to ingest historical data from the DMS or can apply this setting to apply to the user data input going forward.

Provisioning

Add role: Customer Vehicle History

This is a dealer level role and enables the Customer Vehicle Functionality which will then display a history of vehicles owned by the customer on the customer record. Closed Won leads will automatically be added to this history.

The role has several attributes that can be set:
Price Displayed On Sold Listings: Select from Listing or Write Up price to display on the Previous Vehicle section
No pre-AutoPlay data Available: Check box to determine if there was data ingested to AutoPlay or not
Service Plan Expiry: Select between None, User defined and X Years from sold
Must Have Signed Write Up: Check box to mark if the write up must be signed
Warranty Expiry: Select between None, User defined and X Years from sold

** If your dealership has historical Customer Purchase History data within a DMS or VMS we can work with you to ingest this against your customer address book
